SHIPPING
Most orders placed before 3:00 PM EST. are shipped UPS the next day based on stock availabilty. All other orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Weltpaintball warranties to the original customer/purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase by the initial owner/purchaser.
For warranty to be effective, customer must e-mail us at
info@weltpaintballjerseys.com informing us of the problem and fax a copy of the purchase receipt to 1-800-387-9499. Weltpaintball agrees to repair or replace (at its discretion) any product within a reasonable period of time. This warranty does not cover, scratches, nicks, normal wear and tear of garments, any modifications or normal fading, bleaching or damage caused by printing on products unless printed by Weltpaintball. This warranty shall not apply if it is shown by Weltpaintball that the consumer caused the defect because of misuse.
If product needs repair, package it carefully , obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) and send together with your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem.
RETURNS
We accept returns on merchandise in accordance with the following:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization
- Number (RAN#) - obtained by e-mailing us at info@weltpaintballjerseys.com
- Returns must be in new, re-saleable condition, in original packaging with the Return Authorization Number (RAN #) clearly marked on the package.
A 20% restocking fee on merchandise only, will apply on returned goods. Customers are responsible for freight charges when returning product. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced within the
limitations of the manufacturer's warranty.
If you receive a damaged shipment, all product must be returned, processed, and verified as damaged for proper UPS claim handling. Refunds or replacements cannot be given without submitting a claim with UPS.
Any claim of missing items or damaged goods must be made by e-mailing us at
info@weltpaintballjerseys.com within 48 hours of receipt.
PRIVACY
We protect any and all information you give us.
At Weltpaintball , we believe that your
privacy is important. All information collected on this web
site needs to be input by you. We do not do any behind the
scenes collecting of information with cookies or other forms
of data collection. The only information collected is a simple
IP address from your originating server that is used to set up
a session to browse and place your order. That IP is
non-identifying and cannot be traced to you by us.
After being in business for over fifteen years, we have amassed a
very large customer database. Occasionally, we will mail out
sales fliers. We also collect e-mail addresses for product
announcements and sales. At no time will we ever sell or
distribute this information to anyone, for any reason.

At Weltpaintball , your order is safe with us. We
employ HTTPS:// protocol secure servers with credit card
encryption built right into the shopping cart. An order cannot
be processed without being directed through the secure server.
All information entered by you is directed through this
server. For enhanced protection, we also implement credit card
encryption to keep your private information safe. Read below

SERVER/ORDER SECURITY
Look for the padlock/key on the bottom of your browser when
checking out your order. if you place an order it is always
placed through a secured server -no exceptions. Your browser
must support SSL sessions. (most do) Double click on the
padlock to see the digital signature of the web server.
